Warranty

We offer a 10 year warranty on all RiderZone products against any manufacturing defects. To help us assess your warranty claim, please take the following steps:

  1. Email a detailed description of the defect or problem to hi@riderzone.cc, with clear pictures from multiple angles to help us understand the issue.
  2. We will review the information provided, and if the claim is valid we will ask you to ship the product to us. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
  3. Once we have physically checked the product, we will either send a replacement or repair the product and send that back. The shipping will of course be free.
  4. We are fans of the “Buy It For Life” concept, and we are happy to repair any products that may have got damaged by accident etc. We will charge the minimum possible price for these repairs, and the shipment back to you will be on us, you will have to ship the product to us however at your own expense.
